Over the summer, I posted a few ideas for using Activity Baskets for your young learners.
My girls absolutely adored them, and still ask for them routinely!
Because I have trouble fitting science in on most days (there’s only so many hours in my day!), I brainstormed ways I could make this activity basket into a science basket.
I put together our first science basket this week and it was such a hit!
In this new video, I show you exactly what I put in our Leaves Science Basket. Hopefully it will give you some ideas for how you can use a Science Basket with your own little people!
Leaves Science Basket
I’ve had this idea for a science basket for months now, but I’m just now getting around to thinking it through and making the ideas into a reality.
This particular science basket has a Leaves Theme, which really would have been best in mid-October when the trees were putting on their annual show here in North Carolina.
However, I didn’t have the time, so we’re doing it now.
In this video, I explain all of the basket’s contents and how my daughter will use each item.
